Login problems
Please try the options below if you’re having login problems, or are being taken to the wrong page after a login attempt:
Web browser
- Quit your browser and try reloading Hibox.
- Do a hard reset in your browser by clicking Ctrl + F5 on your keyboard on Windows and Command + Shift + R on a Mac.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies (clear everything, not just a specified period of time) and try reloading Hibox.
(Click here to know how to clear browser cache) - Make sure your firewall is not blocking Hibox.

iPhone and iPad
- Restart your phone and try again.
- Please check if you have an updated version of the app on your phone.
- Check if notifications of app are on:
- Launch the “Settings” app on your phone
- Then scroll to and tap “Notifications”
- Scroll down to the Hibox app, then tap it
- To curtail all notifications, toggle the button beside “Allow Notifications” to on
- Disable Do Not Disturb mode if it is turned on.
- Clear app cache
- Open Settings app
- Select “General” and then tap “iPhone Storage”
- Select the Hibox app and tap “Offload App”
- If there is no “Offload App” please check Settings -> Hibox app -> Tap the toggle next to Clear Cache
- If none of the above works, then please Delete and reinstall the Hibox app.

Android App
- Restart your phone and try again.
- Please check if you have the most updated version of the app on your phone.
- Check if notifications of app are on:
- Open your Apps drawer
- Locate the Hibox app
- Long press on the app’s icon, then select “App info” from the menu
- In the App Info window, tap “Notifications”
- You’ll see a list of notification options available for the app. Scroll down to see anyone disabled and turn it on if it corresponds with what you’re looking for.
- Also, if you click on any notification category, you’ll be able to choose if you want the notification to be alerting or silent.
- Disable Do Not Disturb mode if it is turned on.
- Clear app cache
- Open your device Settings
- Click on “Apps & Notifications”
- Click on “Manage apps” (or view all apps) to display all apps installed on your phone
- Now locate the app you’re not getting notifications from
- Tap on “Storage & cache”, then “Clear cache”.
- Check Battery Optimization
- Open your phone Settings app
- Click on the search bar and enter “Battery optimization” or just “Battery”
- Now click “Battery optimization” from the list
- In the battery optimization window, select the option to view all apps
- Now locate the Hibox app and disable battery optimization
- Check whether notifications are blocked by an app you installed
- Open your phone Settings app
- Click Apps & notifications
- Now select “Special app Access”
- Tap “Notification Access” from the list
- If none of the above works, then please Uninstall and reinstall the Hibox app.
