How to Reset/Change Password

Reset your password

  1. Go to Hibox’s login page (Sign out if you’re signed into the application)
  2. At the bottom of the sign-in form, click ‘Forgot your password?’
  3. On the next page, enter your email. (The one you used to sign up for Hibox)

  4. Click “Reset”
  5. Check your email inbox for a new message from Hibox
  6. In the password reset email, click on “Click here to reset password”. Enter your new password, then click “Reset”

Change your password:

  1. Click on your name on the left-hand sidebar of Hibox.
  2. Then click Account.

  3. Enter your new password in the top bar.
  4. Re-enter your new password in the bottom bar.
  5. Click “Save”
