We stand behind our products. Each product has a 14 day free trial so you can see if it's right for you. Our subscriptions are pro-rated by the day, so if you cancel your subscription 10 days through the month, you only pay for those 10 days.
No. You get to choose which users are signed up to specific products. For example, you may sign your sales team up for CRM, but not your developers. You may sign your developers up for Project, but not your sales team.
When you add users to a product, you begin paying the monthly or yearly subscription for that user in full. When you remove user, you will receive a pro-rated refund for the monthly or yearly subscription. That means if the user was enrolled for 10 days, you'll be refunded for the days you did not use that month.
Yes! Hibox is your home base, so all of our product integrate with Hibox. You'll get notifications and you can import users to other products. Additionally, each product integrates with the others when needed. For example, when you send an invoice for a deal you won in the CRM, it will automatically appear in Hibox Invoice. Magic!
Yes we do! Bulk discounts apply to any customer with over 100 users. Feel free to reach out to us for pricing.
