It includes nine tools that work together: Staff Central, Program Management, Fundraising, Volunteer Management, Board Management, Grant Management, Learning and Compliance, Project Management, and a Custom Report Builder.
Do my staff, board members, and volunteers all count as users?
No. Only your staff count as users. You can add as many board members and volunteers as you want at no cost, and they get access to the parts of Hibox they need, including the full training catalog.
Do we need to pay for all the Hibox tools?
No. You can pick only the tools your organization needs. For example, if you need volunteer and program management but already have a training platform, you do not need to pay for the LMS. Organizations that want every tool save with the All in One Bundle.
Do you have a money back guarantee?
Yes. We stand behind our products. If you are not happy within 30 days after onboarding, we will give you your money back.
Do you offer discounts for larger organizations?
Yes. Larger nonprofits receive tiered pricing based on their number of staff users, and organizations with local chapters can save by purchasing Hibox for all their chapters at once.
