Lead groups in Hibox CRM are a powerful way to categorize and manage your leads effectively. They help you organize your sales efforts, tailor communication, and track progress within specific lead categories. In this tutorial, we’ll guide you through creating lead groups in Hibox CRM.
Start the CRM dashboard. On the left-hand menu, click on “Leads.” This will take you to the Leads section, where you can manage your lead groups.
- This section will show you all the “Lead groups” created. You will see some created by default including; (Customer, Hot Lead, Warm Lead, Cold Lead, Lost Lead, Web Form, and Networking)
- You can always add, edit, or delete these Lead Groups very easily on the right section.
- Add a new Lead Group by clicking on the “Add lead group” button at the top right.
- Set the “Name” and “Color / Class” of your new Lead Group.
