1. Click "Board Management" on the left side menu
2. Click "Important Dates" on the sub-menu
3. From here, you can manage meetings and deadlines for your board
4. Click "+ Add Date"
5. Click the "Add Date" dropdown menu, and select "Add Comitee Meeting"
6. Select a "Committee"
7. Enter a "Title" for this meeting
8. Select the type of "Committee" using the dropdown menu
9. Enter a "Brief description" for this event
10. Set a "Date"
11. Set a "Start" time
12. Set an "End" time
13. Type the "Location"
14. Use the dropdown to set a "Location Type"
15. Set a "Meeting Link Type"
16. Set the "Status"
17. Scroll down to find the "Supporting Documents" section
18. Click inside the box to upload documents from your device
19. Select a "Document category"
20. Use this checkbox to set the document's privacy
21. When finished click on the "Add Committee Meeting" button. Only committee members will be invited to this meeting and receive notifications
