1. Click "Board Management" on the left side menu
2. Click the "Settings" button on the top right
3. From here, you can configure reporting parameters for board composition and quorum. You can set the expected board size and quorum rules. These values power the Reporting dashboard for composition, vacant seats, and meeting quorum achievement
4. Set the "Expected Number of Board Members" that's the total number of board seats you expect to have. Used to identify vacant seats in reporting
5. Set a "Quorum Rule" for a minimum numer of attendees required for a valid meeting.
6. "Over 50%" so more than half of board members (e.g. 7 of 12) are required
7. Click "Over 2/3" so more than two-thirds (e.g. 9 of 12) are needed
8. or set a "Specific number"
9. when done, click "Save Settings"
