1. Click “Volunteer Management” on the left side menu
2. Click “Volunteers” on the sub-menu
3. Click the volunteer you wish to review
4. Scroll down into the “Legal & Compliance” section
5. Click on the status dropdown menu to change the status
6. Click “Upload Proof” to upload the document required
7. Click “drop-zone-content”
8. Select the file
9. Click on the “Upload File” button to upload the file
10. Click “Not Started”
11. Click “Configure Requirements”
12. You can change the “DOCUMENT NAME”
13. Select which form to use for this requirement under the “CHOOSE FORM” dropdown menu
14. Check the “REQUIRED” checkbox if this is a required document
15. Choose the “PROCESSING METHOD”, it could be a manual upload, or a Hibox Form
16. Click “RESULT”
17. Click “AUTO-APPROVE”
18. Click “ACTIONS”
19. Click “button”
20. Click “volunteerForm”
21. Click “Save Configuration”
22. Click “Back to Volunteer”
