1. Click "Board Management" on the left-side menu
2. Click "Voting" on the sub-menu
3. Click on the "+ New Vote" button
4. Enter the "Vote Title"
5. Type a "Description"
6. Choose a "Vote Type"
7. Set the "Required Majority"
8. Choose a "Voting Deadline Date"
9. Choose a "Deadline Time"
10. Scroll down to find the "Supporting Documents" section, where you can ttach budget reports, policy drafts, meeting minutes, or other relevant documents to support this vote
11. The email notifications to board members can be sent from the Voting menu, and will include secure voting links for remote participation
12. When finished, scroll down, and click the "Create Vote" button
