1. Click "Volunteer Management" on the left side menu
2. Click "Applications" on the sub-menu
3. This is the "Application Forms" section
4. Use the dropdown menu to find form you wish to review, for example: "Volunteer Application"
5. Click "Share" to share the form to anyone inside or outside your organization
6. Click "Copy" to copy the Form URL
7. Click "Share on WhatsApp" to share with someone via WhatsApp web
8. Click "Share via Email" if you wish to send it via email
9. Type in the recipient email
10. Type the email "Subject"
11. You can type a custom "Message" here
12. Once finished, click on "Send Email"
13. You can also click "Preview Form" to visualize the form
14. Click "Edit Form" to make changes on the form
