1. Click "Program Management" on the left-side menu
2. Click "Client Communication"
3. Click on the "SMS Credits" tab
4. You can purchase additional credits that can be used any month you go over your plan limit. Purchased credits never expire. Monthly plan credits reset each calendar month and do not carry forward
5. Set the "SMS Quantity" you want to purchase
6. Increase or Decrease using the "-" or "+" buttons
7. Click "+ Add Payment Method" to add our card information
8. Enter your card information
9. Click "+ Add Payment Method" to save this information
10. Click "Purchase SMS Credits"
