1. On the left side menu, click “Program Management”
2. Click “Sessions” on the sub – menu
3. Scroll down to the “Add Participants” section
4. Select the participants you wish to add
5. You can select several participants at the same time
6. Once selected, click on “Add to This Session” to add them right away
7. or click “Add to All Future Sessions” when needed
8. Click “Add to Wishlist” if you participants into the wishlist
9. Click “ Sessions Track sessions & attendance”
10. Click “checkbox”
11. Click “Community Theater Production”
12. Click “Add to This Session (2)”
13. Click “checkbox”
14. Click “checkbox”
15. Click “Add to Waitlist (2)”
16. Scroll up to see the “Current Participants” that have been approved
17. or review the “Waitlist” to approve or reject new participants
