# How to Reset/Change Password

**Reset your password**

1. Go to Hibox’s login page (Sign out if you’re signed into the application)
2. At the bottom of the sign-in form, click ‘Forgot your password?’
3. On the next page, enter your email. (The one you used to sign up for Hibox)

4. Click “**Reset”**
5. Check your email inbox for a new message from Hibox
6. In the password reset email, click on “**Click here to reset password”**. Enter your new password, then click**“Reset”**

**Change your password:**

1. Click on your name on the left-hand sidebar of Hibox.
2. Then click [Account](https://app.hibox.co/rooms#org=5743#settings).

3. Enter your new password in the top bar.
4. Re-enter your new password in the bottom bar.
5. Click “**Save”**
