# How to Invite Users

The more the merrier! But only administrators are allowed to invite.

1. Click on **your name** in the upper left corner of Hibox.
2. Click on [Users](https://app.hibox.co/rooms#users).
3. Insert the email of each person you want to invite to your account.
4. Click on ****“Invite”.

5. The people you invite will receive an email with a link to create and setup their new Hibox users.

**Alternatively**, you can send out a range of massive invitations sharing the Invite URL by email to save time!
