# How to Close a Task

1. Go to the left-hand sidebar of Hibox and click on [Tasks](https://app.hibox.co/rooms#tasks?completed=false&order=priority).
2. **Select the task** you wish to close.
3. On the left-hand side you will see a small empty box, click on it and it will close the task.
