# How To Check the Dashboard

1. Go to the drop-down menu next to your account name, and click on [**Dashboard**](https://app.hibox.co/rooms#org=5947#dashboard). You must give permission from the admin to see this feature.
2. It will open up the Dashboard on the right-hand side of the screen. This feature gives you a brief overview of how many people are connected to Hibox and what they did in a certain period, such as the number of messages, tasks, and documents sent daily, weekly, or monthly.
