How to Designate User Roles

  1. Click on your name on the left hand side bar of Hibox.
  2. Then click on Users.
  3. A box will pop-up on the right hand side of the screen where you can edit the role of  current users to Administrator, Manager, Basic and External.
  4. Simply select the arrow of the drop down menu on the right of each user’s name, and you can choose their roles.
  5. The changes will automatically be saved.
